Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather continues to prevail. Great riding conditions. Today was the second day I was able to try out the new Sidi's. I found a way to mitigate the issue with the pinch point on the top of the shoe. I inverted the tongue of the shoe by about 1/4 inch. This gave a bit more room. It definitely felt better, but I'm not yet convinced that I'll keep them. The ankles were chafing just a bit. Not very noticeable while on the bike. The sole was compliant. No signs of flexing. Definitely, more room for adjustments via dialing knobs. I'll try them for at least 2 more rides before I make a decision. About the ride. A mixture of many things today. Concentration was the lesser of things. Just couldn't get it into lockdown, in the zone feeling. Hints of gremlins on the greater part of the ride. Nevertheless, I was able to mitigate the distraction. Keeping situation awareness, keeping an eye on the bodily signs and such. The ride went reasonably fast. I decided to ride to the summit of Highline, then complete Banducci. Over the top, doing the Tour de Teh (R) loop. I think it was the right choice. The wind would have been such a chore had I gone out to WS. No point in putting excess stress into the ride. Ailments were next to none. Balance felt good, I'd say the shoes helped in this respect, however marginal compared to the Shimano's. All other gear is working well. No issues there. Other notes, I saw 2 other cyclists today, one of which I crossed paths twice. Wish there were more riders out there....
Other notes, the left shoe inner heal clip was catching onto the crank arm. Likely needing to adjust the heal in position on the cleats.
