Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

When I got up, I wasn't sure if I wanted to ride indoor our outdoor. I decided the former due to high winds and unpredictable raining conditions. I got my stuff together, suited up and hopped on the trainer. I did the Watopia Hilly route today. The climb was only 3 to 4 minutes in duration. Each lap lasted about 20 minutes each. I did three loops. Doing slightly better time on each lap. Before the ride started, I wasn't sure about the approach to the workout. Turns out that I needed about 10 minutes to get warmed up and from there, my body felt better. The mind wasn't the greatest. It's been like this for the past week or slightly more. Again, difficulty getting my mind in the zone. Nevertheless, I was able to put in a good workout. Everything else was good. No ailments, balance felt good, gear is working well. I decided to keep the Sidi's until I can find a better pair. Other notes, Dad hasn't been feeling well. We're having to give him extra attention. Perhaps I'm a bit preoccupied, but I'm able to keep my riding scheduled.
