I wasn't sure of the route today. I knew I wanted to ride to WS and add Banducci if all went well. I felt good in the legs from the start. Better from the previous ride. My mind continues to drift now and again. Kind of like riding with a cloud around my mind. It was like this for a good majority of the ride. I think my experience on the bike got me through the ride. The wind was going East on the outbound leg of WS. Fortunately, it wasn't turbulent, nor very strong. I was able to hold 15MPH for most of the return. My legs felt good over the top, so I decided to ride up Banducci. No heroics, just steady tempo to the top. I took a few moments break, drank some fluids and then headed home. Ailments were next to none, Balance felt pretty good. I was concentrating on balance and form whilst making my way out to WS. It helped a bit. Concentration was the lesser of things, "wind talkers" here and there. A bit discouraging. I got through it though. Gear is working well. The shoes felt good. Definitely going to keep them. Other notes, no other cyclists today. There was a glider being towed as I was nearing WS.
