The weather was very cold in the morning when I woke up. I had breakfast and took a nap. I was a bit late getting up but managed to get out for my ride. By this time, the weather was a bit warmer. I wore arms, knees, head cap, and jacket. It was around 50 degrees, winds were a bit turbulent but mostly from the North West. I stopped once going up OTR to pet the local horses. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. The cool air felt great. When I reached the summit of OTR, I took my jacket and head cap off and strapped it around my waist and headed up the Banducci Wall from there. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, so I was on high alert. I felt better after reaching Arosa. The Arosa climb went quick. The cool air helped. I was near max over the top. I made my way around the backside of the Alpine Forest and then to the summit of Banducci. When I reached the summit, I took a few moments to recover. I checked the GoPro battery and then headed back down the mountain. There was moderate traffic mitigation. Descending off the Banducci Wall was mostly safe. I didn’t take risks. After making it back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down when I reached the summit of Weston. Concentration was good. The morale felt good. Ailments were minimal. Some minor hand soreness. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I drank all of my sport drink and a few sips of water. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, I saw one mountain biker on his way back from the local park. When I got back home, I asked my mom about her lab test result. It came back positive but requires confirmation. I bit of a downer on the morale for the moment.
