Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is on the cold side. In the upper 40's, winds from the North West I wore arms, knees, head cap, jacket and face mask. I made it to the summit of the descent in good average time. I cruised the downhill and put two digs over the risers. I don't recall the time when I reached the base. Once there, I turned around and headed back up the mountain without delay. I stopped once to remove my face mask and got back on the road just as quick. The miles went quick. I had stuff to think about. I kept the tempo steady, but no less than moderate tempo. I was doing good tempo here and there. Mostly at the end of the climb. I pushed over the top, keeping my momentum going and keeping the power down. After reaching the summit, I was able to recover and then make it back home. I shut it down at the top of Weston. Concentration was good. I have important stuff to do, so I was thinking about it on the ride. Patience was mostly good. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some hand numbness while out of the saddle. It's less now that the temperature has lowered. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through more than half my sport drink and no water. Gear worked flawless. My Garmin watch has the tendency to stop broadcasting my HR for some reason. I haven't figured out why. Other notes, I saw two cyclists on their way down as I was climbing. There were spectators at the Loop Monument, both on the way down and back.
