I put in another PT ride. I got out around 11AM-ish. The weather is great. In the low 50's. I wore arms, knees, headcap and a thick base layer with newspaper in the jersey. I headed up to the OTR summit and back. I raised my saddle height by about a quarter inch. I’m going to raise it just a bit more. Sort of dialing it in. The right sit bone glute is still sore. If I move laterally, I can feel the soreness. So, the motion while pedaling doesn't aggravate it. What aggravates it is excessive pressure while in the saddle. It's getting better. I think the Specialized saddle is a bit more compliant. The morale felt pretty good. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. I took the time to raise the saddle by a quarter inch. I'm going to raise it another quarter inch before the next ride. After reaching the summit, I headed back. Mostly relaxing on the descent. I shut it down after making it to the top of Weston. I have to decide where to go next. I'd like to get in a mountain ride. So, perhaps Banducci or the Alpine Forest. Will see how the body feels in a couple days. Concentration was good. Few lapses, mostly in the zone. Balance and form is good. The saddle height adjustment is progressing in small steps. Gear worked flawless. Nutrition was good. I went through about half my sport drink. No water. Other notes, only one casual cyclist and a runner.
