Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today is another day for indoor riding. I'm still on PT for my right glute. I chose a map that I could finish within 40 minutes. This one seemed to fit the bill. Setting up the gear was quick. I hopped on as soon as I could. Perhaps a bit delayed from sleeping in. The legs felt pretty good to start. Nothing much to tell about this ride. I was practicing in and out of the saddle efforts. Somewhat interval-like. This ride had minimal elevation gain. I was doing 3 W/kg while out of the saddle and above 2 W/kg while in the saddle. I was playing by ear more than structuring it. This was a looping map, so I shut it down after completing one. I commenced the cooldown immediately after. I let the HR get back down to 112 BPM, and then hopped off the trainer. Concentration was good. Patience wasn't much of a problem since this was a quick ride. Minimal lapses and gremlins (just a hint of).
Balance and form was good, not great. Ailments were minimal, but my right knee seems to be getting sore while I'm doing out of the saddle efforts. Definitely a fore / aft cleat issue, otherwise the saddle position. But, given that it happens mostly while out of the saddle, likely a cleat issue. Gear worked flawless. It took a while to get the bike mounted on the trainer. The through axel design still complicates things. I think I chipped some paint while putting the bike on the trainer. Looks to have been from near the rear dropout. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. Other notes, I think there were about 8000-ish riders when I hopped on. I finished 800-something on a timed section. (Out of a few thousand).
