Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's cold out. In the 30's. I chose to ride indoors for a few reasons. I got my new cleat yesterday from Action Sports. I installed them. The left cleat was having problems, so I used the old base plate that seems to fit better. The right glute continues to be sore. I chose the Rolling Highlands In Scotland route on Zwift. Getting the gear set up went relatively quick. Pairing the new Garmin Forerunner 55 watch was simple. The key is to pair the trainer first as this brings forth the proper menu. This map was around 8.6-ish miles in length. It is mostly flat but has very short timed climbing segments. First impression about the cleats... I had to adjust the heel out on the right cleat. I think it needs to be adjusted again. I left it as it was to see how the knees react. So far, so good. The left side felt compliant. Minimal adjustments needed on that side. To the ride, it went well. I warmed up for the first 15 minutes or so and put in good efforts on the timed segments. The right glute behaved, mostly. The Pearli Zumi Pro Bib shorts are more compliant. I think I had to break them in. After making the first lap, I was eager to put in a few more miles. I ended up doing close to two laps. After about 45 minutes, I decided to shut it down. I cooled down and let the HR lower to 112 BPM. I hopped off shortly after. Concentration was good. I was constantly monitoring the shoe positioning. Patience was in check. Balance and form. This will get better, but I'm on the right track with the new cleats. Nutrition was good. I had to feed some plantains and grapes to get the sugars up a bit. Otherwise, I went through most of my sport drink. No water. Ailments. The right glute soreness persists, but is mild at the moment. The knees cooperated. Gear worked flawless. The new Garmin watch is working as I hoped. Minimal fuss and it appears to be accurate. Other notes, there were about 7500 riders on the Scotland map and over 20,000 riders combined.
