First ride of the year for Komaron; always fun to see if we can wear out a man half our age. (Narrator: Sure, since he hasn't been riding and you have, old man. But don't let him get into _any_ kind of shape...) Really really windy day so executive decision was to do the upwind leg of the circle first, while fresh. Friends, it was indeed the right call. Nice to be on the pavement bike again, even in the wind. The stretch along the freeway (MD 200) was ... interesting as my companion was by then warmed up and getting stronger while the old man was starting to be a little tired. Howevever that ended with the big climb at 20.5, which the old man dragged his big self up while the younger man ... well he mighta walked it. There was no visual evidence but the amount of time for reappearance at the top suggests that is true.
