Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The rain / snow has gone away. It's mostly clear skies but a bit on the cold side. I wore the standard winter kit, less long finger gloves and face cap. I was sufficiently warm, but I could have used another layer and gloves. The legs felt average to start at best. I made it to the top of OTR in average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise went as normal. The Arosa climb was a bit more favorable. Let the difficult come to me. I counted off the speed bumps as I was making my way to the summit. I don't remember the HR at the top of Arosa, but likely near max. I zipped around the backside and made my way to the summit of Banducci. After making it to the summit, pulled over to recover and let traffic by before heading back down the mountain. I took it easy while descending off the Banducci Wall. From there, I made my way to OTR. The descent off OTR was mostly fun and games. The GI was complaining a bit at this point in time. I hydrated a bit of water to help. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. Minimal lapses and no gremlins. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal, but the GI was a bit fowl today. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs, but the upset GI made me a bit nauseated. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, I saw one cyclist today.
