I LOVE running 🏃🏻!! I LOVE beer 🍺!! And I LOVE football 🏈!! So you would think 🤔 that I would love a 5k road race on Super Bowl Sunday at a bar that offers “1 free beer 🍺 “ to every entrant over 21. Truth is, I didn’t enjoy this race. I came here in great shape thinking I would run a great time. I started out at a sensible pace but couldn’t get into a “race gear”. I had a STRONG week of training coming into this. Perhaps too strong, as I felt flat here. I doubt I will do this race again, it was mostly a reaction to getting closed out of the Paddy Kelly last week. No worries bring on week two of my IMLP training!!
I know I’m in great shape for February. I’m excited to continue IMLP training!
I know 2024 is going to be amazing. I know that a 5k run now has NO bearing on an Ironman in July, so I’m happy that I hung in there and made it a strong workout 👍🏻
And interestingly, the Barrell Z brewery in Weymouth MA strongly resembles the dining facilities in Kuwait/ Iraq/Afghanistan with the tent awning. Of course I was never offered 6.7% alcohol content IPA beers 🍻 in those other countries! Time to focus on triathlon training! Great things to come At Hyannis,Patriot, and IMLP! 🏊🏻♂️ 🚴 🏃🏻

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
