Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was able to get out just about noon. The weather was warm, but I was comfortable for the most part. The winds were from the north. My legs felt ok, in the first mile. I put it on cruise control to the top of the descent and did more of the same to the base of the climb. The return trip was good. My legs felt energetic. I did good tempo with a good dig over the loop monument. It was a bit of a treat today, the train was ascending just as I was going under the freeway. I was able to make it to the loop just as it was approaching the top end of the loop. My aliments consisted of only my right hand. When it started to get numb, I made a fist and relaxed. This seems to be a better technique than just shaking it. My concentration was fairly good, with few lapses. The bit of heat exhaustion and my attention on leg balance helped keep my mind concentrated. The bike is working well. The gopro was off when I reached keene, but that was my mistake for not starting it at the top, just before the descent. There were some creaks here and there, but negligible. Also, some grinding on a few occasions, but I believe that to be the fault of the chain and cassette which I will soon replace. Other notes, most of the carts were removed. I saw a few piles of metal. Seems like the moved them with trucks, as the pieces were manageable. As always, it's a treat to go 40ish on the return descent. But no such luck today.
