Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

It's warming up. We got out early, around 8:15-ish. We (Peggy and I) did the Buffalo run today. It went as planned. Nothing much to tell other than the hot temperature. I'm glad we got out when we did. I was thinking about our next ride. Likely, won't go to Keene. Nevertheless, the ride went as planned. We stopped at the Buffalo statue and later to pet the local horses. We got in our workout and back in time.
Concentration was good. My patience was in check. Ailments, next to none. I had a sore right glute the past day, but it subsided and I didn't feel a thing on the ride. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through about 2/3rds of my sport drink. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, we saw two runners and one cyclist.
