Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Peggy and I went to the Walmart Bike Path. Rob joined us. He ended up turning around at the top of OTR and Peggy and I went to the Walmart Bike Path. The weather was hot, but I think it was better than the past two days of riding. The legs felt pretty good. They have recovered since the SS ride. We did the usual ride and regroup routine. The wind was mild and to the West. The climb to the top of Highline was quick, given the tailwind. We relaxed on the Walmart Bike Path. I took a quick bio on the way back. From there, it was the climb up Highline. It went quick. The wind continued to be mild. After making it back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games to Mariposa. We stopped once to say hi to the local horses. We pushed over it and then back home. I shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. Patience felt good. It's always nice to have company to distract the discomforts. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some mild right inner quad soreness that did not detract from the ride. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, we saw three cyclists today that I can remember.
