Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It snowed over-night. There was snow on the ground when I got up. I decided to do an in-door workout. The gear worked great today. No fiddling around. I chose the London loop with Box Hill. My legs were a bit heavy to start. But they felt better with about 5 to 6 minutes of warming up. It's difficult for me to hold a high tempo over a great distance. So, my approach was more of interval training. In the saddle for a few minutes. Out of the saddle, high tempo for a minute or two. Rinse and repeat. This was the case for the rolling and flat terrain. Box Hill was different. I approached it in three segments. Starting with out of the saddle. I began to sweat after 2 minutes. So, I sat down, kept the tempo high, wiped away the sweat, then out of the saddle for a couple minutes. I did this about 3 times till I reached the summit. I was within my limits till the top. At that point, put the power down. From there, I continued the ride with moderate tempo with a dig over the steep riser in the tunnel about 2 to 3 minutes from the summit. After that, more interval approach. Concentration was good. Balance and form felt nice. Ailments, none. Other notes, I weighed in at under 138 lbs. I have to check my Zwift account to make sure the weight matches. I forgot to check the number of riders. But I think there must have been a good 2000 riders.
