Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's getting warmer. In the upper 60's, low 70's. Perfect riding weather. When I got up the wind appeared to be going north. So, I was prepared in the mind that I was going to ride into a headwind on the ascent. After stepping out the door, I noticed that the wind had reversed. My morale jumped up a bit. The legs felt average today. Likely due to the hotter weather. As usual, in this time of the year, it will take a while for my body acclimate to the increasing heat. I cruised the downhill and headed back as soon as I reached the base. Again, feeling no less than average. I ticked over the landmarks. Trying to keep the mind occupied doing the usual checklist and stuff to think about for later. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, slight right knee soreness, that subsided. Gear worked perfect. Other notes, a bunch of people at the loop monument. No cyclists today.
