Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

It cooled of a bit, today. In the mid 60's. Winds from the North West. I took it easy today. Getting the base miles in before I start thinking about doubles. I have my mind set on Caliente. Wondering how I'll do, and how much more fitness I'll need. I estimated I'll do the ride in mid April, weather and health permitting. My legs felt average today. Not so lively, but no sluggish either. I made my way out to WS at a moderate tempo. The return trip went faster than I anticipated. The wind was there, but not so significant. I kept a steady tempo. Out of the saddle where need-be. I push over the top and then home. Concentration felt good. Ailments next to none. Some quad soreness. Balance and form felt pretty good. Gear is working well. Other notes, I got my new shorts from Performance. They fit well. I wore them for today's ride. It was more conforming than the returned pair. I saw only 2 casual cyclists today.
