I was going to ride outdoor but got busy doing some other things and ended up having to ride indoors. I followed two TrainerRoad workouts the first was like zone 2 HR easy to moderate effort and the second was closer to recovery ride so I upped the level to be closer to a moderate effort ride. They felt good as my legs are slowly recovering from last week's high speed spin ride. I think I will be able to do a speed workout tomorrow. I am waiting for Kurt Kinetic to send me a replacement tension bolt and knob. I may go to Home Depot or Fazzio to buy another bolt and make my own in the mean time. This way i will always have one on hand and no telling how soon it will be before I receive it. In the mean time I will be using the rollers. I will need to start using the resistance but it is so hard and uncomfortable to use as it is. Making adjustable on the fly would be the way to go. Then I could making like riding into the wind or up a hill or give it enough resistance to do power spins or sprint simulations. Right know I can spin out the 52/12 gear on the bike. I believe with the full resistance it gives a 75-100 watt resistance or more.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
