Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was the first ride since the Spooktacular ride. The weather looks miserable out. I managed to convince myself to get out. I wore the standard winter kit. The legs felt ok to start, nothing special. Perhaps a bit on the heavy side. I took it easy for the first mile or two. I upped the tempo as I approached the summit of OTR. I made it to the summit in average time. From there, I decided to do the Buffalo Run. I felt better on this leg. Before I knew it, I was at the top of Highline and made my way around the neighborhood. I had a slight headwind on the way back on Highline. The descent off OTR was mostly fun and games. I stopped once to take photos of the local wild-life. I pushed over Mariposa and Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. Perhaps a bit of reluctance and impatience to start, but got better as the ride progressed. Ailments were minimal. My body has recovered well. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through half my sport drink, no water. Balance and form felt good. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists or runners today.
