Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was the last ride till the Saturday Spooktacular ride. I was keeping an eye on a few things. Mostly the weather and clothing. When I got out, it was around 60 degrees. I wore arms, knees, thick base layer and head cap. It was more than sufficient. If I was going on a bigger ride, I would have taken off my knee warmers and the head cap. I have to decide what to wear on Saturday. Definitely, arms, knees and head cap. When I arrive at the parking lot, I will go to check-in and get a feel for the temperature. I have a few ideas what to do if it is colder than anticipated. I plan to bring extra newspaper to shove in my jersey. That could hold me over till the weather warms up and it can be discarded at a rest stop.
For nutrition, I plan on bringing a minimum of 3 Clif Bars, but likely 4, 3 bags of Powerbar powder drink, a bottle of sport drink and a bottle of water. I'm not planning on bringing an extra bottle in the saddle bag. So, that will give me some room to store stuff like provisions or extra clothing.
The gear is working perfectly. All gadgets are accounted for.
The body is feeling good. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. Ailments were non-existent. Balance and form was good.
Other notes, I saw a casual cyclist as I was making my way up Weston.
