Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's a bit cold and cloudy, but warmer than the previous ride. I got out as soon as I could. They predicted rain by 2PM. So, I figured if I got back by 12PM then I would be ok. I wore arms, knees, head cap, thin base layer and a jacket. I decided to wear short finger gloves at the last moment. It turned out to be the right choice. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had traffic mitigation, so I was on high alert. I felt better when I reached Arosa. The Arosa climb went quick. The landmarks passed and I was feeling pretty good. After making it to the speed bumps, I was feeling better in the morale. I zipped around the backside and made my way to the Banducci Summit. After making it to the summit, pulled over to take a few moments rest, let traffic by, put on my face mask and headed back down the mountain. The descent was mostly safe. There was some traffic mitigation, so I played it safe. After reaching OTR for the return, it was mostly fun and games. I estimated the time to home, I was within 2 minutes. I pushed modestly over Mariposa and shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was mostly good, although I was a bit impatient and somewhat anxious in places. But overall, I was mostly in the zone. The morale got better on each passing landmark. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I fed a banana and some grapes before the ride. That held me over. Gear worked flawlessly. Ailments were minimal. Some minor hand soreness at worst. I saw just one casual cyclist.
