Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It’s cold and windy out, but I was determined to get a ride in. Perfect for the Buffalo Run. I wore the standard winter kit including the helmet cover. I was sufficiently warm during the ride. The legs felt pretty good to start. The wind was somewhat turbulent, but if I had to guess, I had a partial tailwind going up OTR. I didn’t bother checking the time when I reached the summit. From there, I headed up Highline. It was mostly a game of patience as I was going into a headwind at that point. I zipped around the Buffalo neighborhood and then hopped back on Highline for the return. It was mostly downhill from there. The return from OTR was mostly fun and games. Although, I was going into a headwind, so my speed was much slower than usual. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down after the grind to the top of Weston.
Concentration was average. No serious lapses. Perhaps some hints of gremlins out there, but nothing worth mentioning. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I fed half a banana and some grapes before the ride. That held me over. I drank about 2/3rds of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today.
