Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has let up a bit. When I got up from my nap, I had the sensation of bonking. I ended up feeding quite a bit to get my energy level up. I had banana, apple sauce, grapes and a Clif Bar. I took a quick 20 minute nap to let the energy levels go up in my body. That ended up doing the trick. The wind conditions were mostly from the North West, but slightly turbulent. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the top of OTR in average time. I think I was going into a slight headwind till that point. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. I felt much better after making it to the entrance of the Alpine Forest. Once there, I was able to let the climbing legs settle in. The land marks came and went. I was near max at the top. I took a few moments to hydrate and catch my breath and then made my way around the backside. I reached 41 MPH. After reaching the Banducci summit, I took a few moments to recover. I let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. I had a tailwind at this point, so the return trip was quick. There was minimal traffic mitigation, so it was mostly safe. I stopped at the entrance of Arosa to let traffic by before descending off the Banducci Wall. The descent felt safe. After reaching OTR, I was able to relax a bit. I had a nice tailwind, so it was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and then shut it down after the grind to the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. Perhaps impatient at times, but minimal. I was in the zone most of the time. No gremlins to speak of. Balance and form was good. I continue to like the saddle position. Ailments were the same as usual. Numbness in the hands while grinding out of the saddle. Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, there was one cyclist that passed me as I was descending off OTR.
