Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to make to day an "easy" day. The weather is hot and there's still smoke in the air from the local wild fires. I was expecting hell. I did the usual breakfast/nap in the morning. The stomach was complaining when I was supposed to get up for the ride. So, I took some pepto and slept for another 30 to 40 minutes. The soreness went away, so I got up, dressed and headed out. It was about as hot as I expected it. In the low 90's, with hot air. On the good side, the legs felt good today. This offset the discomfort of the heat. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the end of OTR. I had to decide where to go from there. I was thinking about the Alpine Forest, but I realized that I would run low on provisions. So, I made my way through Banducci, instead. I made it to the summit in good time. I was tempted to go to SS, but decided to stick with the plan. I made my way through the farmlands and then the last climb. The legs continued to feel good. After reaching the summit, I relaxed a bit and headed back home. Concentration was good. Few signs of gremlins. Balance and form felt reasonably good. Ailments, next to none. Gear is working flawless. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
