Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was a recovery ride. The weather was warm, but well within tolerable. The legs felt good from the start. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The outbound on Highline was mostly moderate. Practicing form and spinning. The return was the usual slow march back. No heroics. I was able to push over the top. The legs felt good at that point. The stomach was a bit sore on the last half of the ride. I was having to drink more water than Cytomax. It didn't escalate, but was noticeable. The remainder of the ride was more or less, fun and games. Concentration was good. Balance and form good. Ailments consisted of slight gastro soreness, minor knee pains (almost not worth mentioning). Gear is working well. Other notes, I saw some deer on OTR. There was one cyclist on his way out as I was cresting Mariposa (on the return).
