Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was the lesser in distance, more in intensity. The weather is warm, but bearable. Favorable winds. The legs felt pretty good from the start. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the end of OTR. The Banducci wall went well. I was on top of the pedals most of the time. Doing high tempo. Mitigating traffic. I recovered a bit on the false flat and then picked up the tempo. I was maxed out when I reached the summit, but I felt good. I took a few moments rest and then headed downhill. Practicing the tuck. The trek through the farmlands went quick. I was doing good tempo most of the way. i reached Boss Hogs in about 56 minutes. I believe that to be a good time. The last climb felt good, but my right calf started to complain a bit. It didn't escalate, but detracted from my tempo, ever so slightly. I stretched and altered pedaling force. The remainder was the recovery zone, Route 202 traffic mitigation, OTR fun and push over Mariposa (sort of). Concentration was good, some patches of gremlins, nothing worth noting. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well. The saddle bag came loose. I didn't find out till I got back home. I don't know how much of the ride it was undone. Nevertheless, the primary strap held it together. The tail light was jammed, facing down, but not broken. Other notes, I saw 1 cyclist in the distance (from behind) as I was on my way through the farmlands on Pelliser.
