Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is nice and cool with partly clouds and winds from the North West. Perfect for going to the farmlands and back. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. I was constantly looking around. I was near max going over the top. I recovered on the flats and then finished the remainder of the climb doing no less than moderate tempo. When I reached the summit, I noticed that my left inner hip/thigh was complaining. Somewhat of a nerve pinch sensation. I took a few moments to recover, let traffic by and then headed down the mountain. I pulled over once to let traffic through. From there, it was non-stop to the base. My left thigh was feeling better by the time I reached Pellisier. I took it easy for the first few minutes to see what my thigh was going to do. It got better, so I continued with business. I was favoring my right leg all the while just for good measure. The pain never escalated or returned. I made it to Boss Hogs in under 1:02 hours. So, all things considered, I did good time. The last climb went as planned. I was doing no less than moderate tempo. I pushed over the top and then pulled over to feed. After feeding and hydrating, I got back on the road. Route 202 had some traffic mitigation, so I was on high alert. I made it safely to OTR. Descending off OTR was mostly fund and games. I pushed over Mariposa into a headwind and then the dig to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about, so my attention was occupied. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I fed half a banana and some grapes before the start of the ride. I fed a Clif Bar after cresting the last climb. Ailments, some left inner hip / thigh soreness at the top of the Banducci Climb. Eventually, it went away after letting it recover by favoring my right leg. Also, a bit of hand soreness while digging out of the saddle. Gear worked flawlessly.
Other notes, I saw 4 cyclists today.
