LP Tues Loops

This time for the loops, I hung back from a real lead as I knew it would take all I could muster to stay with e-bike man on laps 3-4. I did pretty well, I thought.

Lap 3 we did the speed up and we held 25mph from mile 12.2 to 13.1. I was happy with that, yet I knew e-bike would be faster on last lap.

On the last lap I lasted for 0.4 miles on this wheel from mile 17.1 - 17.5 at speed up to 29mph.

Tonight I was very happy with how the group rode. Each lap was faster and e-bike stayed reasonable for the vast majority of the ride.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
