Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Before I got out, the temperature gauge in the rear porch said it was about 50-ish degrees. I stepped out and it felt more like 55. I decided to wear arms and knees. When I got downstairs to the garage, I stepped outside and it felt more like 59-ish. So, I removed my knee warmers. I lubed the chain, then headed out. The wind was from the North West. The legs felt good from the stat. Making it to the end of OTR in good time. I decided to ride through the Alpine Forest. First time since the TGF. It went well. Maxed out as usual, towards the top. The pavement continues to be rough. When I reached the summit of Banducci, I pulled over and took a few moments rest. There were some deer that I spotted at the exit of the Alpine Forest, so I took a few moments to take some photos. I practiced my tuck. I made my way through CV and to the last climb. The last climb went quick, I was able to hold good tempo. From the summit, it was recovery and then headed back down Route 202, OTR and home. The wind was a bit turbulent on this part of the ride. Concentration was good, there were ambient gremlins, never really escalating, but their prescience known. Suffice it to say, I kept my focus. Ailments, right hand numbness. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well. Other notes, no other cyclists today. I'm under weight and am trying to gain some back. Feels like I'm in my Teen-age body.
