Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is much cooler. In the mid 70's. Some clouds in the sky. Winds from the North West. Great day for a ride. I got cloud cover from time to time. The legs felt average to start and was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the summit of OTR. I cruised the downhill. Practiced the tuck near the bottom of the Tehachapi Loop. I spared no time to rest at the base. Turned around and headed back. The legs were responsive. Concentration, much better this time. So serene, this time of year on that route. I ticked over the landmarks. I was out of the saddle quite a bit. There was a consistent knocking noise emanating from the handlebars. That same noise that I just can't figure out why it's doing it. It happens when I'm out of the saddle and leveraging the bars to keep the power down. Nevertheless, the ascent went quick and I felt like I was in perfect control. No heroics and no redlining it much. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, right hand numbness. Gear, working perfect except the bars making noises. Other notes, no one at the Loop Monument, nor any cyclists.
