Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Fantastic weather today. In the 70's with a light breeze from the North West. I'm having to reduce the mileage on my rides for 2 reasons. Saddle soreness and my labs are coming back low for my white cell count. Nevertheless, I did the ride that I planned to do. I skipped the SS part which decreased the duration by about 25 minutes or so. My legs felt pretty good out the door. Always tough to tell with the headwind going down the street. I did moderate tempo going through OTR. Kept my tempo nice and steady going over the Banducci wall and kept moderate tempo to the summit. I decided to do the SS-less ride as I was feeling comfortable enough in the saddle. Ailments were minimal, but my back was sore and a bit more than I anticipated. My right hand went just a bit numb, but nothing major. I think my left hip was a bit sore at times, but nothing major there either. I stretched at every chance. My back felt a lot better going over the top of CVR after immediately stretching as I crested the summit. Concentration was good for the most part, but lapses at times. Admittedly, I had a weird dream last night that just kind of lingered in my mind. I was able to refocus in those weird moments. Balance was good for the most part. Gear is working perfect. Other notes, no other riders on the road today. I found that to be a bit odd in the excellent weather that was today.
