Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather was favorable. Nice and cool. In the upper 60's. Winds from the North West. The legs felt good from the start. Made it to the top of WTR in good time. The descent went fast. Was sprinting up the risers to stay warm. Once at the base, I turned around, not time to spare. The legs felt responsive and didn't take much to warm (back) up. The landmarks went quick, aided by the tail-wind. I was trying to keep the tempo steady. No less than moderate. Out of the saddle frequently. Concentration was good for the most part. Felt lazy on a few occasions. Otherwise, in the zone. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none. Gear is working great. The bike feels nice and quiet. Other notes, I saw 2 cyclists today. One of which appeared to be a bike packer.
