Didn't get to the start on time, met them on Lawbrook after going up the first hill, but did get a small hill in. Beautiful day, foggy to begin then sunny and getting warmer, a nice change from the Saturday the day before. Rode my Roubaix today, using the new gravel saddle. Felt ok, but my piriformis and lower back hurt a little. I think part of the problem is the bunching up of the shorts, they need to be pretty tight. I think the saddle size is ok, it needs to be small, I see others with small saddles too. My left hamstring wasn't too bad, I had a massage on Wednesday and perhaps that is helping me. My hamstrings are really tight in general on both legs, but I was fine going up the hills with the group. I forgot to start the phone when I left the house, but started it when I met the group on Lawbrook. I peeled off for home on Central, so I could get to the CBE softball playoff game on time. Actual ride length from home was 35.2 and I went 15.1 mph average moving speed. It was about 15.3 before peeling off onto the path to Tuttle from Central. According to my Garmin, I rode most of the time in Zone 1, and only 27% of time in Zone 2. I need to up this a lot!
