Went on the 32 mile route, but couldn't stay with the big boys, so ended up hanging with the 25 mile group. We split at Oak Hill and then when I hit Eldridge street, my nav ended taking me back on the same route again, or maybe it was my mistake. So, I made up my own route home. Beautiful day, low humidity and sunny today. Carried my panniers with stuff, including shoes, fleece and rain gear. So, it was heavy, but I powered up Oak Hill with no problem. The only thing that hurt was my left groin, and my right back/hip. The bike just got serviced by CK Bikes and works great, except there is still a clicking noise occasionally, I think that it is the derailleur shifter hitting the chain. My butt was a little sore, with this new REI saddle, but I will keep with it. After this morning ride, I took a break to go to the dump with Amy and will do a rail trail ride in the afternoon to mimic a ride getting mileage in the morning, then some easier riding in the afternoon after a long lunch.
