- Un bidón: 750 ml de isotónico, (30g Maltodextrina, 20g Fructosa, 10g Dextrosa, y 20g de SALES-MINERALES)
- 2L de Agua en Camelback,
- Cubito de Panela (30g)
- 1 bocadillo (20g)
- Barra de cereal (~20g)
- Jugo Frutos Rojos (250 ml, 23g) y medio paquete de Galletas Saladas (20g y 190 mg sodio)
- Gel Casero (40g),: (2 porciones: 20g de Maltodextrina, 13g de Fructosa, 7g se Dextrosa, y Cafeína (2 cucharas pequeñas de café) todo en 150ml de Agua en un Soft Flask.)
- 1 bocadillo (~20g)
- 1/4 de Hidratante azul, (10g)
- 2 Gelatina de Pata, (2 x ~15 g)
- 1/2 Paquete Galletas Saladas (20g y 190 mg sodio)

Total: ~293 g
*(1 Bidón=500ml por hora)*: (5) SOBRESALIENTE. ✅
*(Sodio: 500-700 mg/h)*: (2.600 mg aprox.) ACEPTABLE. ✅
(Aproximadamente: 48.9 gramos de CARBOHIDRATOS por hora)..!!! ✅👌🏽🆗
3. Post-entreno:
- Recovery: (32g de Proteína, y demás vitaminas y minerales.).
- Almuerzo,
- Perro Caliente + Coca-Cola 400ml,
4. Postdata: Mañana normal, pero luego salió el sol;
solo una parada para Comer, en el D1 en Sogamoso; y solo una parada para Regar la cuneta.!!!
(Aumenté 10 gramos de carbohidratos por hora, y fue una buena idea.!!)

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
