Séance d'HT : continuité de la séance d'hier - fin d'ascension du col CORMET de ROSELEND soit 8 km petit échauffement depuis le col de MERAILLET avec un contournement du LAC. Je suis donc rapidement dans l'ascension du CORMET. J'avance mais ce n'est pas ça car il me manque des watts et de ce fait je plafonne. Lors de mon passage dans ce col j'étais bien plus dynamique. Lors de cette sortie j'ai fait deux pauses au sommet la 1ère au CORMET et la 2ème à celui du PRE je reviens donc sur le vélo rouge. Dans la descente je dois pédaler et j'arrive péniblement à 60 km/h alors qu'en réel je vais plus vite. Je repasse au col de MERAILLET et descends vers le barrage pour faire l'ascension du col du PRE. Il n'y a que 4 km mais le vélo rouge me dépose. Au sommet c'est la 2ème pause je passe le vélo rouge en pause et je descends sur ARRECHE et BEAUFORT. La séance est bonne mais sans plus dans les ascensions je me prends 15'.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
