Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was very pleasant. Windy, but comfortable. My legs felt good from the start. Before I started the ride, my stomach was hurting for over an hour. I was debating whether to do the ride. I ended up giving my body an extra hour or so to see if it would come around. It was a bit sore when I left, but shortly after starting the ride, the pain went away. My legs were a bit sore from the previous day's strength training, but it was hardly noticeable after a few miles. I needed little time to get warmed up. Sufficien by the time I reached Route 202. I wasn't sure how the wind conditions were going to be on the way out. It turned out that the wind was almost a perfect tailwind for the first 2 miles or so. Then it turned into a cross-tail. I decided to do moderate tempo the entire way out. No heroics or personal bests. The return trip was more of the same. Steady tempo, no heroics. Out of the saddle when necessary. I had good legs for the entire ride. Concentration was much improved since the previous ride. Balance was average at best. Perhaps it was a bit off from the the cross-winds. Ailments consisted mostly of right hand numbness. I think my left knee was hurting at one point. Gear is working well. I stopped 3 times to check the Charity app. The first stop showed that it had paused. I had to resume it. From that point on, I just had to check it and it worked for the remainder of the ride. Other notations, I updated the firmware on my Di2 yesterday.
