Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was just perfect for climbing. It was nice and cool, in the upper 60's. I was going to wear arm warmers, but it was just warm enough to go without them. I wore one base layer. Winds from the north. My legs felt good today. I attribute part of that to the good weather. I made it to the top in average time. I wasn't pushing it. I cruised the downhill. Mostly soft pedaling and out of the saddle on the kickers. Upon starting the climb, I kept the tempo nice and moderate. As I made it to the plateau, I picked up the pace and kept it that way over the monument. After that, I kept my momentum going. Doing no less than moderate tempo. My concentration was real good. Almost no lapses. Balance was equally good from start to finish. Ailments were pretty much non-existent. Only soreness in the palms. They just needed to be shaken out to relieve the pain. Gear is working real well. Absolutely no problems. Other notes, the charity app worked well. Again, I had to check it on 2 occasions.
