The temps drop 21 degrees within 7 miles, I should have dressed warmer! I had to stop 4 or 5 times before 4 miles to readjust saddle set back, may need to adjust height slightly now. I am easier to get my cadence up, It still not as easy as it is on the road bike. I may also need to trim the aero bar extension height. I will ride it for another 5 or 6 times to see if I can adjust to it first. Outside of being so cold the ride was nice, My lungs felt much better when breathing deep, no real pain and feeling clearer! I either need to change my light for a brighter one or get out earlier, I ran over too many things. Very happy with to night's ride nice adventure with road crew doing some road work at 2 different sections of the ride. Be safe out there, enjoy the ride and finish with a smile!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
