Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was fantastic! Low 70's, breeze from the south. I wore 1 base layer (cotton under-shirt). The weather was great, but my legs weren't quite there. They felt heavy from the beginning and kind of rubbery on the outbound leg. Granted, there was a headwind on the way to Willow Springs, I wasn't getting the normal feedback. I kept on telling myself that the return leg was going to be a treat. And it was. I felt much better with the wind on my back and was able to hold high tempo for the duration of the return. I gave it a kick over the top of Highline and the rest was fun and games. My concentration was spot on. Very few lapses. I saw some gremlins, but it was no biggy today. Ailments consisted of slight soreness in the right knee on the first 20-30 minutes of the ride. I had some right hand numbness. Balance was real good. Gear is working well, some squeaks. I stopped to reseat my wheels and I think that helped. Other notes, I saw 2 other cyclists today.
