Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was cold. In the low 50's. I wore 2 base layers, knees, arms, cap, face mask. I felt comfortable on the downhill. Overall, I felt a lack of energy. Primarily due to the fact that I was unable to eat after just recently having dental work. I put it in cruise control today. Just ticking over the pedals. The return uphill from Keene turned out to be a chore more than anything. I was contemplating against this ride, but I decided to do it. Concentration was good for the most part, I was light-headed so I had to coach my way up. And it didn't help that I saw some gremlins out there. Although that was the least of my worries. Ailments were mostly exhaustion, more than usual. Balance worked well. As I was coaching the way up, I I was partially concentrating on my form. Gear is working well, although the GPS wasn't able to acquire a connection with the cadence or speed sensor. I stopped at the top of WTR, before the descent, and got it to work. Other note, there was a sizable train today. It overlapped itself around the loop. Difficult to judge how many carts it was hauling. But, it had at least 4 engines.
