Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is cool. The smartphone showed 48 degrees. So, I put on the winter kit. When I stepped outside, about to ride, it felt a lot warmer. So, I ended up removing my jacket and toe warmers. Winds were from the North West. The legs felt pretty good from the start. I was counting off the street names as I was going. It went quick. The wind was mild. I had a slight tailwind on the way out. I kept the tempo nice and steady. The way out to WS was enjoyable. I reached WS and then headed back. I was going into a headwind. It was a bit colder, but I had enough clothes on to keep me warm. The miles went quick, even through I was doing less than 15 MPH, most of the time. The music was keeping me company, too. I put in an effort over the last few kickers. Not exactly maxing things out, but definitely up there. After I made it back to Banducci, I pulled over to swap out batteries on the GoPro. Concentration was good. Few lapses and nothing I couldn't reel back in. Ailments were next to none. I think my right calf was sore for a brief period, on the first half of the ride. It never escalated. Balance and form is good. Gear worked great. No issues. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
