Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Good weather today. Typical spring weather. Cool, winds from the north. I wore 1 base layer. My legs felt average in the beginning. I cruised OTR and felt much better by the time I reached route 202. The wind was somewhat of a cross-wind, so I decided to do moderate tempo on the way out to Willow Springs. The return trip was most of the same. Cross-head wind. I did very steady tempo, out of the saddle when needed. Overall I felt good, my legs were responding good. As usual, this ride is all about concentration going out to Willow Springs n Back. Especially when going into the headwind. Concentration was good for the most part, I was in the zone for the greater part of the ride. I had some lapses here and there, but I was able to reel it in. Balance was good, but altered by the cross winds. Ailments consisted of mild saddle soreness. I think my right hand may have been numb on a few occasions. Gear is working well. No problems there. Other notes, I saw a tow-plane with a glider. I think I got it on video. Will check on that later. There was 1 other rider going the opposite way as I was going to WS.
