Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's been cloudy the past 2 days. It's in the low 60's and I think I just barely got in my ride before it's going to rain and more importantly the thunder storms. I wore 1 base layer, knees and arms. It was just cool enough to wear them for the entire ride. I got out feeling average. and cruised it to route 202. When I got onto Highline, the winds were mostly tail. As I made my way to W.S., the winds turned into a cross-tail. I kept the tempo moderate, as I normally do. The return trip was more of the same, moderate tempo and working on form. Concentration was good today. On some occasions, my mind started to drift, but I was able to hold focus. Ailments consisted of some very minor cramp-like sensation in the left calf. Balance and form is good. I was on top of the pedals and square on the saddle. The cross-winds made it challenging on certain parts of the ride. Gear is working good. No complaints. Other notes, I saw 1 cyclist as I was heading out on Highline.
