Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather continues to be on the cool side. About 50 degrees when I departed. I wore the standard winter kit. Not knowing what it was going to be like, well into the ride. I did average time to the top of OTR. The wind was going South East. I cruised the downhill, soft-pedaling most of the way. No rush. I put in two digs over the risers. After reaching the base, I had to decide what clothing to remove, if any. I ended up stopping at the local Chavez Center to remove my jacket and toe covers. From there, it was non-stop, up-hill. My morale felt pretty good today, so the time went pretty quick. I was feeling patient, as well. The tempo was steady. No less than moderate, but not red-lining it either. The landmarks went by pretty quick and the body was responding well. Concentration felt good. Balance and form was good. Ailments, perhaps some right knee soreness from time to time. Nothing detracting. Gear worked well. No problems with the power meter. Mom said the tracking software stopped working after about 30 minutes or so. I had to restart the GPS, once before the ride started. Perhaps that had something to do with it. Nutrition was good. No hunger pains, I drank about 3/4 of my Gatorade bottle and a few sips of water. Other notes, no cyclists to be seen, today.
