Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great today. In the mid 50's. Winds from the North West. I didn't feel like going to SS, or Keene. So, I decided to go to WS. At least the wind was moderate. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The outbound on Highline was a treat, with the tailwind. I made it to the turn-around and headed back. No stopping. As usual, under these conditions, it took a while to get the legs going. Pretty much doing less than 15 MPH, most of the way back. It went quick, though. Just counting off the landmarks. Watching out for debris, too. I took it easy on the last few risers. No digs. Just keeping the power down, over the top. From there, it was down and up to Banducci. I pulled over when I got to OTR to swap out batteries. From there, mostly fun and games. Listening to music and the generous downhill leg. Concentration was good. I had some things to think about. I tried to keep my thoughts active. It seemed to help. Especially on this route. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none. Gear worked great. (I had to re-install the Charity app, and it only recorded a run, as I didn't select the right option for a bike ride). Nutrition was good. No hunger pains. I drank about 1/3rd of my Gatorade. Other notes, I saw 8 to 10 cyclists today. They seemed happy to get out, as was I.
