Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's getting warmer. It was in the 80's and winds from the north. My legs felt ok from the start, but the heat sapped some energy out of me today. I started real modest. I knew it was going to be a sub par ride, so no point in over-cooking it (quite literally). I saved my energy for the climbs. Including Banducci and CVR. I kept the pace nice and steady. No heroics or digs. There's not much else to say other than it an average ride in the warm weather. I've been thinking about how am I going to do early morning rides. I'm talking departure no later than 9am. Also, I'm going to plan on doing some doubles. Of which Keene to be the latter of the double. My concentration was good today, especially considering that today was the warmest day this year (on my rides at least). Ailments consisted of numbness in the right hand, not much else other than heat exhaustion. Balance and form is coming along nicely. I felt square and on top of the pedals. Gear is working well. No problems there. Other notes I saw 2 or 3 other cyclists on my way out. I saw some markers on the ground as I made my way back on CVR. Looks to have been some running or cycling event.
Other notes.. My left shoulder has been hurting the past few days. I wasn't able to pull on the bars in the steeper sections. Also, my stomach has been cramping a bit. For this reason, I had to start later than I planned.
