Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I have a Dr. appt today, so I got out around 10:30ish. I felt pretty good from the start. The weather was a bit unusual. The winds were mild but not very predictable. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. When I started my way out to Willow Springs, the winds were more of a cross. It actually felt like a light headwind because I couldn't lift the pace much faster than 24mph on the way out. The way back was less windy than previous rides, but definitely not a tail-wind. I did modest tempo on the way out. The return on Highline was done in moderate, but I did lift the pace on a few occasions. I made a dig over the summit. From that point on, it was fun and games. My concentration was good for the most part. Ailments consisted of saddle soreness and right hand numbness. The saddle soreness was the greater of the two. I'm struggling to find a remedy, but I'm convinced there's something I can do. I'm going to recheck the alignment of my saddle. Balance and form was good, not great though. Gear is working well, although, my tail-light fell off somwhere out on the ride. I noticed it when I got back from the ride. I know I had it when I was on my way out, because I checked it at the top of Highline as I was making my way out to W.S. So, I have to buy a new one, unless it came off on the driveway.
