Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was nice and comfortable, in the low 70's with cool winds from the North-west. My upper body was a bit sore from the previous day's strength training. It didn't seem to hinder me much, though. My legs felt good from the start. I had no intentions of laying a heroic ride down. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. Climbed Banducci above average time. Fun and games downhill. I did moderate tempo on the way out to SS. I reached the SS tunnel in about 1:20ish. +/- a minute. I kept a good pace coming out of SS. I picked it up a bit as I made my way to the last climb. The last climb was no less than moderate tempo. I tried to keep it as high as I could but remain comfortable. I maintained my momentum over the summit, but it wasn't a dig. The false flats were good to recover. Once I reached route 202, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was a bit dodgy today. My mind was in the zone, but popped out every so often. I went into the ride without anything to think about, so my mind was wandering around at some places in the ride. I almost had to force myself to keep my concentration. Ailments were near to none, but some saddle soreness. Maybe some right hand numbness, but nothing major. Balance and form was good. I had to adjust here and there, but that's normal for me at this time. Gear is working great. No problems. I set the Gopro to video for the entire ride and it had no problems. But I have to check the footage to confirm. Other notes, I saw 2 cyclists and some runners. 2 motorcyclists were kind enough to wave, I returned the favor.
