Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather warmed up just a bit, since the past two days. Mostly clear skies. I decided to head up the Alpine Forest. The body felt real good from the start. The dense cool air was such a treat. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. I made my way up the Banducci wall. Near maximum over the top, but I wasn't suffering too much. The Arosa climb went fast. Again, the dense air made it so much easier. I headed around the backside. There were some snow and ice patches in the road. So, I was having to stay alert. I reached the Banducci summit and took a few moments rest. The GoPro camera was at 58% charge remaining. Shortly after, I headed downhill. As I was descending, there was a car that caught up to me, from behind. I was trying to see if it was going to pass me. They kept their distance. Then, there was this dear that appeared from the left side of the road. It decided to cross the road at the last minute. I signaled to the car behind me to yield. The deer crossed with no harm. From there, I headed down the remaining of the mountain. Tucking while descending the Banducci Wall. I reached 40 MPH. From there, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. The morale was descent, and I had a few things to think about. Balance and form was good. Ailments, just the slight chill from the wind. Nothing too detracting. Gear worked great. Nutrition was good. I thought I was getting a hunger sign at the end of OTR, but it subsided. Gatorade seemed to be sufficient. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
